It’s very important to us that every participant gets suitable accommodation, could easily reach Dębki and then have a great time. That’s why we provide every players with:
 
– assistance in finding accommodation
– assistance in transfers from the airport / the train station to Dębki and back
– 3 days of fun and high-level ultimate, 6 fields, 36 teams
– big and comfortable beach bar
– live scoring and SOTG online sheets
– physiotherapist on-site at the beach
– meal order – breakfast and lunch (new!) delivered to the beach
– Friday’s FREESTYLE SHOW and party, Saturday’s themed SPECIAL EVENT and big party
– discounts at the campsite and in selected bars & restaurants
– disc with the design of this year’s edition (only for players)
– contests with prizes
– cheerful closing ceremony with unique awards

Based on your feedback, for this year we introduce meal orders. They are not included in Player/Guest Fees. We are working to provide you affordable and tasty meals that will be delivered to the beach. Once we have it all sorted, we will ask for your orders.

First part TF €260 until May 14th
Refund: team cancellation 0%, event cancellation 50%

Second part TF €260 until June 25th
Refund: team cancellation 50%, event cancellation 70%

PF, GF, meals, transport until August 1st NEW DATE August 6th

After August 1st NEW DATE August 6th
Refund: team cancellation 30%, event cancellation 50% (PF & GF not refundable)
If you register new players after August 6th, they won’t receive discs and we can’t guarantee the transport service for them. Extra meal orders can be placed for singular players

After August 14th NEW DATE August 13th
Refund: team cancellation 0%, event cancellation 30% (PF & GF not refundable)
If you register new players after August 13th, they won’t be able to place meal order
