PLAYER, GUEST & TEAM FEE

It’s very important to us that every participant gets suitable accommodation, could easily reach Dębki and then have a great time. That’s why we provide everybody with:

– an assistance in finding accommodation
– an assistance in transfers from the airport / the train station to Dębki and back
– three days of fun and high-level ultimate
– Friday’s FREESTYLE SHOW and party, Saturday’s themed SPECIAL EVENT and big party
– contests with prizes
– a cheerful closing ceremony with unique awards

Apart from that, at the request of the participants, this time we are introducing three levels of player’s fee and guest’s fee to choose from – reduced / standard / premium.

PLAYER FEE REDUCED    € 18
– an assistance of physiotherapist and paramedic next to the fields
– a disc with the design of this year’s edition
– discounts at the campsite and in selected bars & restaurants

PLAYER FEE STANDARD    € 29
Includes everything from the reduced player fee and:
– three box breakfasts (vegan or meat)
– effervescent vitamins and minerals

PLAYER FEE PREMIUM    € 49
Includes everything from the standard player fee and:
– unlimited coffee and tea
– special treatment with our physio called “Deep Relaxation”


GUEST FEE REDUCED    € 14
In the reduced guest fee are included:
– an assistance of physiotherapist and paramedic next to the fields
– discounts at the campsite and in selected bars & restaurants

GUEST FEE STANDARD    € 25
Includes everything from the reduced guest fee and:
– three box breakfasts (vegan or meat)
– effervescent vitamins and minerals

GUEST FEE PREMIUM    € 45
Includes everything from the standard guest fee and:
– unlimited coffee and tea
– special treatment with our physio called “Deep Relaxation”

THE TIMELINE & REFUNDS 

Registation until April 28th

List of accepted teams on April 30th

First part TF €260 until May 16th
Refund: team cancellation 0%, event cancellation 50%

Second part TF €235 until June 19th (price depending on the number of accepted teams)
Refund: team cancellation 50%, event cancellation 70%

PF & GF until August 1st
PF & GF are not refundable

After August 1st
Refund: team cancellation 30%, event cancellation 50% (PF & GF not refundable)
If you register new players after August 1st, they won’t receive gifts

After August 13th
Refund: team cancellation 0%, event cancellation 30% (PF & GF not refundable)
If you register new players after August 14th, they won’t receive gifts nor breakfasts
